Shipping Time/Service:

We ship the same day the order is placed if received before 3pm pst. We order products weekly to maintain a fresh supply from our supplier. For this reasoon on a rare occasion we may have a product on backorder for a day or two. We really try to be as quick as possible since we understand you have made an important decision to order our products.

Undeliverable Orders:

Product credit will be given at the request of the customer less shipping and handling. Some shippers charge an additional shipping/handling charge to return packages that are undeliverable in which case this will be charged back to the customer. If the customer wishes to have the product re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
